What did we do?

Being a prefect at a primary school is the first major role kids have at dispaying and developing their leadership skills. They definately face challenges along the way. Our prefects training camp session with Tynwald Primary school was filled with many interactive and fun challenges that helped to build the inner leader within each student that took part.

Team Building is crucial for fostering collaboration and cohesion within organizations. Activity-based team building injects energy, breaking down barriers as teams engage in shared challenges. Skill-based team building hones specific talents, ensuring each member contributes their expertise.
